Ikväll backattack... igår jeanstempo!
Det härliga med backpassen är att alla kan vara med - sadosocial cykling brukar jag kalla det. Vi åker o snackar på platten och sen kör alla så hårt det går uppför - åt var och en efter behag... Sedan väntar alla på varandra på toppen. Dryga två timmar körde vi tillsammans. Sedan har jag alltid en dryg mil till och så Hakarpsbacken hem till Huskvarnaberget. Ytterligare 120 höjdmeter. Väl hemma vid halv 9 fick lasagnen som jag gjorde igår, sätta livet till. Härligt att rensa kylskåpet, när benen skriiiiiiker efter energi.
I går var det en annan typ av träning, ett snabbt tempopass in till Jönköping för att äta lunch med en kompis, sedan hem igen samma väg fast lite lugnare med magen full. Men uppför gick jag på för fullt, så att brallorna var sura. härligt och nyttigt. Tidigare år har jag pendlat den vägen minst fyra gånger i veckan, fast ombytt...
Den vardagsträningen saknas i botten i år, det märktes under kvällens back pass.
