Sedan jag började hoja lite mer systematiskt (läs hysteriskt) har jag inte haft en enda bihåleinflamation vilket jag vederfarits minst två ggr om året i hela mitt liv annars. Skönt att slippa de där sprängningarna i pannan i två veckor...
Körde mitt seniorpass med damerna och herrarna idag, låg på sparlåga hela passet utan att ta i. Tror dom genomskådade min bluff direkt. Men dom låg i som vanligt – pustade och stånkade. Den här veckan blir väl inte någon höjdare träningsmässigt. Men förra veckan var jag rätt flitig. Två löppass och 5 spinningpass. Men inte en gång på riktiga cykeln...

Konstigt att man ska tänka på övervintring redan innan vintern borde ha börjat. Men nu är det bara 20 dagar fram till vintersolståndet. Sen blir det ljusare igen. Men knappast varmare...
Pratade med Peter Elofsson i fredags och han var vid gott mod efter höftoperationen, var i gång och belastade redan. Skönt. Trodde att han skulle kunna vara på jobbet igen efter jul.
