Glömde syrran!

I går fick jag med syster Gunilla på spinningen i Huskvarna. Premiär för henne inomhus. Och hon grejade det galant. Att säga att hon aldrig varit någon sportfåne är ett klart understatement.

Hon lider inte av övervikt på något sätt, tvärt om. Men att hon skulle kunna gör underverk med sin kondis på ganska kort tid, märkte jag förra veckan när vi var på sportlov i Åre tillsammmans. Hon åkte en del längdskidor när vi andra hasade i backen.

Hon fyller 52 nästa vecka och det skulle va kul att se vad hon skulle kunna åstadkomma på ett halvår med lite regelbunden pulshöjning. Från noll till hundra liksom.... Mest förvånad skulle hon nog bli själv...

En billig livförsäkring, nyttig o kul. Vi får se om det kan bli fredagar som rutin.
