Det börjar bli dags att bestämma sig

Hur ska säsongen se ut, hur vass kan formen bli till maj-juni?

Efter en jul o nyår med bara löpträning o ganska mycket sådan, börjar jag bli riktigt sugen på cykeln. Med lite ljummare väder är det ju helt överkomligt att hoja också, utan att få severa köldskador.

Den stora utmaningen är som vanligt inte att bli sugen, inte heller att disciplinera sig för att träna, utan att kunna klämma in så mycket träning som möjligt mellan jobb, barnskjutsande, tvätt o matlagning. Då är inte planering din främsta egenskap, utan flexibilitet och klurighet. Är man riktigt sugen är det oxå lättare att se de små öppningarna att knycka till sig en timme eller två. De riktigt långa passen får vänta ett tag till. Men att träna intensivt varje dag är fullt möjligt för de flesta. Kontinuitet är viktigare än spridda stormar.

För egen del tänker jag utnyttja mornarna som vanligt, inte bara på helger, utan även vardagarna: Springa, simma. spinna och cykla. Tänker oxå hoppa in på så många spinnpass som möjligt på Friskis, när andra ledare har förhinder.

Min mage är åter i balans och benen återhämtar sig fint över natten, även efter löpturer väl öven en timme. Så var det inte förra året. Då gick jag med sura ben i dagar efter ett hårt pass. Kåldolmslåren är borta.

Jag börjar i morgon med ett spinnpass med "morgonpojkarna" kl 7, cyklar dit så jag får upp farten. Sen sitter jag kvar på Friskis o jobbar till lunch och klämmer in lunchpasset också. Två timmar spinning + två mil cykel.

Vi får se hur länge nyårslöftet håller.
