Ganska exakt snart....

... fem månader kvar till stora Vätterrundan, och jag kan bara gratulera mig själv att jag kommit igång med träningen bra. Två veckor med OK träningsdosis. Det vill säga ett antal spinningpass, lite cykelpendling (inte så mycket än, men ändå) plus mitt hemliga vapen som innebär att jag stiger upp tidigt tre dagar i veckan och kör ett kort......

Nej, mer avslöjar jag inte ännu, för jag vet inte om planen håller med bara två o en halv veckas record. Den som lever får se.

Att spinna mycket känns kul och inspirerande, för man träffar rätt mycket folk man känner - idag träffade jag t.ex. min fru - Malin - på Friskis i Huskvarna. Kul. Sen blir man ruggigt sugen på att cykla ute på rikitgt när det är dags. Har man harvat ute hela vintern blir säsongen rätt lång. Nu kan man sadla om i mars-april, förhoppningsvis med starka ben o gott hjärta.

Det viktiga nu är att det känns gött i ben, mage o skalle att öka träningsdosen ganska markant. Kan man lägga på redan nu har man mycket gratis i mars och april. Det vet jag sedan förrförra året då jag cykelpendlade varje dag hela vintern - kort o hårt! Förra året missade jag det och fick slita ont ända in i det sista på rundan. Och på rundan... hua!

Målet i år är att vara oförskämt pigg o stark redan i maj så man kan åka njuta i solen.... hm det är lätt att drömma o önska.
