Igår premiär för lunchcykling
Som vanligt fick jag efter någon mil grymt sendrag i på insidan av låren och upp i rumpan. Tror att det beror på att när jag kör själv så spänner jag mig hela tiden och det börjar krampa. När man ställer sig upp och sedan sätter sig igen går smärtan rätt ner i skorna och man får ställa sig upp o vila gång på gång för att det ska släppa. När man kör i grupp så blir det avlastning med jämna mellanrum. Då klarar jag mig.
Bilden från Hven i påskas - vackert kvällsljus!Men sen gled jag på fint och njöt av värmen och grönskan. väl i Bunn stoppade jag i mig min flapjack och klunkade lite. sen var det hemfärd i lätt motvind som inte störde nämnvärt. Befriade mig från kaxholmsbacken utan genade över Vista kulle. Var hemma efter dryga två timmar. Kändes bra.
Grannen upplyste mig om att jag missa sotaren, var väl han som ringde mitt i turen men som inte hördes.
Åt mig igenom kylskåpets rester och sedan belv det mer jobb innan jag hämtade kidsen.
Imorgon lördag vill pojkarna köra lilla vätterrundan som besöker stan. Kul. Kör väl en tur innan dess och hänger på något gäng en liten bit. Aldrig någon som vill cykla kl 7... Vad kan det bero på?
